I rented with Perilli Apartments for 4 years without any issues. Very professional and always helpful if anything was needed. Can't recommend renting from them enough!!

Rented from them 10 years ago and after other landlords over the years. The best landlords I've ever had. Honest, professional, and quick to fix. They helped me and my now wife at different apartments.

Very Honest, Friendly, Affordable and Trusting. I would highly recommend and if I need to rent again this is the only agency I'll use! Brad is amazing and Belinda in the office is great!

Great people, kind, reliable, trustworthy, fantastic landlords! I will stay with them as long as possible

I've signed with Perilli Apartments for 3 years now. Everyone is very kind and professional. Apartments are well kept inside and out!

I rented from Perilli Apartments for close to five years. The experience was always enjoyable and they were very professional. I felt comfortable and when issues arose they were prompt to solve them. The buildings are well maintained.

Very affordable, friendly, professional, comfortable and clean. More can be said about Perilli Apartments, but these five key words sum up my experience. After you rent from Perilli Apartments, nowhere else will be up to par.

I've rented from Perilli apartments for 3 years and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Both Brad and Gene are very nice. They get things done in a timely manor and are respectful of your privacy. Apartments are very clean and well kept up, and very affordable. I would highly recommend.

Of all the places our son lived while in Morgantown, this last apartment from Perilli was the best. They have a marvelous care ethic toward their tenants..problems are addressed immediately..they try to work with the individual's needs and time frame. Would highly recommend them.

The highest quality, and yet still economic apartment in Morgantown. Gene and his wife are both incredibly nice and understanding. Would recommend these apartment to anyone.
